Jason Vos Homes, LLC built the first home that received ENERGY STAR® certification in 2006. Since then, we have furthered our commitment to energy efficiency and environmental friendly building by becoming an Earth Advantage certified builder. The past two custom homes we have built have received both ENERGY STAR® and Earth Advantage Certification. We are committed to building 100% of our new construction homes to meet ENERGY STAR® standards.

ENERGY STAR® certified new construction is now in such demand in Oregon, that beginning in January of 2009, all residential building codes will be raised to meet the current ENERGY STAR®

standards. As a result, the current ENERGY STAR® new construction standards will be increased as well. This is great news for all new residential construction in Oregon, because every new home being built from 2009 forward will be more energy efficient.
