Choose your new home.
Select the home site and floor plan that best meets your needs. |

Work with a lender to become pre-qualified.
Jason Vos Homes, LLC has preferred lenders
that we have established relationships with for you to contact if needed. You will need to get pre-qualified for a custom residential construction loan. |

| 3. |
|
Review and complete the home selections worksheet.
Jason Vos Homes, LLC has designed a step-by-step worksheet for all
customizable options within your new home. By completing this worksheet, it will allow us to create a firm budget and provide you with allowances for most
of the cosmetic components of your new home. |

| 4. |
|
Sign a sales contract.
Together with a down payment and selection worksheet, this confirms your
selection of a plan and home site. |

|
|
| 5. |
|
Complete your loan application.
Meet with your loan officer within 10 days of signing your sales
contract to work together on finalizing the custom construction loan you have chosen. |

|
| 6. |
|
Work with Jason Vos Homes, LLC's design coordinator.
Now comes the time for finalizing the colors, flooring and all items for
which you have a budget allowance and any possible upgrades that you have made along the way. |

| 7. |
|
Give notice... 30 days in advance, if renting.
Check in with your loan representative and check that there are no
outstanding conditions to slow the closing process. Check our website for a list of utility contact phone numbers to to include gas, water, electricity,
trash, phone, cable, etc., for a day after you have your key. Schedule the movers... start packing! |

|
New home orientation.
Approximately one week prior to move-in, Jason Vos Homes, LLC will join
you for a comprehensive walk-through of your new home. We will make certain you understand how everything works and review important details of your
home's construction and amenities. |

| 9. |
|
Close of Escrow
At this appointment with your escrow officer, which may last up to 1 1/2
hours, you will review and sign all documents, which will then be notarized. You will need to bring a cashier's check for the final closing amount and a
photo ID. It may take 3 days from this time for the title of the home to transfer to your name. |

|
Pick up your keys and Home Warranty
Once the transfer of ownership is recorded with the County Recorder, the
home is officially yours, and our sales will give you a call to arrange for you to pick up your keys. Congratulations and welcome home! |
